本报宿迁4月13日电借同事2万元人民币，在写欠条时写成2万日元，因此拖欠大部分欠款不还。今天，江苏省沭阳县人民法院判决被告蒋潮归还原告高志国借款1.3万元及利息。

2007年9月16日，蒋潮从高志国处借款2万元，并向高志国出具了欠条，载明：“今欠到高志国贰万（日）元正（￥20000）蒋潮2007.9.16日”。后经高志国催要，蒋潮归还7000元，余款1.3万元至今未付。高志国在多次索要不成的情况下到法院诉讼，要求被告蒋潮归还借款及利息。

法院经审理认为，被告蒋潮所出具的欠条载明“今欠到高志国贰万（日）元正（￥20000）”，“元”字前有字似“日”，根据一般交易习惯及本地风俗，行为人一般以人民币为币种交易单位，另“（￥20000）”意为人民币2万元。综上，被告蒋潮借原告高志国款2万元事实清楚，双方借贷关系明确，被告蒋潮应归还借款。（李金宝）
