各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局监督（法监）处（局），新疆生产建设兵团卫生局监督处：

为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》（中发〔2009〕6号）和《关于公共卫生与基层医疗卫生事业单位实施绩效工资的指导意见》（人社发〔2009〕182号），指导规范卫生监督机构绩效考核工作，根据卫生部统一要求，我局组织起草了《卫生监督机构绩效考核实施意见》（征求意见稿）。现征求你单位意见，请认真组织研究，于2010年10月19日前将修改意见反馈至我局法律事务与稽查处。
